The Learning Communities bring together students, academics, clinical teachers, and professional staff to provide a home where students are engaged in learning from each other and are supported to flourish as they develop as medical professionals across the MD program. The Deputy Head of the Learning Community (Year 3) will contribute to the establishment and continual development of the Northside Clinical Unit and North Learning Community environment in a manner that promotes inclusivity and a sense of belonging for students and staff, with the primary focus on providing a mutually supportive environment to allow medical students to flourish.
