Lead Group: Bookkeeper Opportunity Lead Group, a leading independent Insolvency and business restructuring firm, is seeking a skilled Bookkeeper to join their Melbourne practice.Key Responsibilities: Maintain electronic cashbooks through MYOB Insolvency, including bank reconciliations for companies and individuals.Draft EFT payments, including payroll, and handle superannuation and STP reporting.Prepare BAS and PAYG returns for a large number of insolvent entities.Liaise with major banks regarding banking facilities, online platform issues, and fees charged.Maintain ATO Business Services online for insolvent entities, dealing with refunds and tax payable.Contribute to funds handling policies, cash book practice statements, and procedures.Prepare Statutory Reports for insolvent entities and estates for lodgement with AFSA and ASIC.Requirements: Experience in advisory, restructuring, and insolvency.Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.Well-developed verbal and written communication skills.Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook, Power Point, and Excel.Building relationships and networks, with strong teamwork skills.Strong attention to detail and a motivated work ethic.Desirable Experience: BAS preparation experience.Experience working with accounting software.Experience with MYOB insolvency.Benefits: Two weeks of bonus leave, in addition to annual leave.18 weeks of paid parental leave for primary carers, two weeks for secondary carers, and a flexible return to work option.Flexible working arrangements.Personal, carer's leave, and a one-day paid volunteer leave.Structured training events and development opportunities.A competitive employee referral program.Wellness and support initiatives, including a free and confidential counselling service.#J-18808-Ljbffr
