We are currently seeking an Instructional Designer to join our People & Transformation team to design and develop blended learning programs that meet our organisational learning needs.In this role, you can expect to work in consultation with the business to transform their learning needs into creative and innovative learning solutions. We work a minimum of 2 days in the office per week.About The RoleReporting to our Group Manager - Marketing & Brand, key responsibilities include:Transform business learning needs into best practice and varied learning solutions, including eLearning, face-to-face, workshops, video and other blended solutionsEngage and consult with internal stakeholders and external providers to deliver quality learning solutionsWork with subject matter experts to design and develop new content, and also transform and improve existing contentEducation and administration support across the broader marketing team supporting consistent messaging and tone of voice for internal communicationsAbout YouYou are passionate about delivering best practice content, and pride yourself on delivering creative and blended learning solutions and working in consultation with various stakeholder groups. You will also bring:A recognised qualification or relevant experience in education, adult learning, training or related disciplinesKnowledge of contemporary instructional design and adult learning principles, with experience designing, developing and reviewing learning materialsExceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex / technical training material into non-technical formatsExperience working with various eLearning tools, graphic design platforms, video and LMS knowledgeDemonstrated project management experience with the ability to work to multiple competing priorities whilst delivering content with a strong attention to detailProven ability to work collaboratively with internal and external business partners to achieve common organisational objectivesWorking with BethanieAt Bethanie, we are committed to being an employer of choice by creating a supportive and compassionate environment for our people and customers.
