Key Responsibilities: Lead cost estimations, client proposals, and scope definition for both signage and line marking projects.Manage invoicing and progress claims, ensuring timely and accurate billing.Resource Scheduling and Allocation: Optimise labour schedules, material orders, and resource coordination for signage and line marking teams.Plan capacity and assign jobs to ensure maximum productivity across both divisions.Project Management: Oversee project delivery, including client communication and issue resolution for signage and line marking projects.Track project milestones to ensure timely, high-quality completion.Line Marking Division Oversight: Lead and manage all aspects of line marking operations, including car parks, roads, and paths, ensuring adherence to safety standards and client specifications.Optimise processes, resource allocation, and timelines for the line marking division.Team Development: Train, mentor, and guide tradespeople across both signage and line marking teams to enhance skills and efficiency.Create clear career paths and support individual growth within both divisions.Process Optimization: Continuously improve workflows and systems for greater efficiency and quality outcomes in signage and line marking.Implement best practices to elevate performance and align with company objectives.KPI & Target Management: Set and monitor KPIs and targets across the signage and line marking divisions to ensure the business meets its goals.Track performance metrics to drive continuous improvement and success.Why Join Us?
