Aboutthe role
We arecurrently seeking an experienced mid level lawyer to join ourgrowing Perth Real Estate practice on a full time permanentbasis.
Working withhighly regarded partners, Michael Hain and Simon Moen, who have ademonstrated history of providing solutions for clients in realestate matters and listed in Best Lawyers in Australia asleading lawyers, this is a great opportunity to join the team andbuild your career.
Youwill have the opportunity to:
1. Work autonomously in a collaborative environment with a strong focus on learning and career development
2. Develop a deeper understanding of the laws relevant to a real estate practice
3. Work on cross border and cross practice group matters
4. Learn how real estate transactions are structured
5. Draft, negotiate and settle sale and purchase agreements for commercial, industrial, retail and green fields residential land
6. Draft and negotiate complex agreements for lease and leases
7. Assist with strategic land tenure and property law advice
8. Draft and negotiate transaction documents for urban renewal projects
9. Draft and interpret management, services and development agreements
10. Draft documents and advise in relation to expressions of interest, requests for tender and heads of agreement
11. Develop a deeper knowledge of Landgate, PEXA and OSR processes
12. Participate in business development and client relationship activities and develop their skills in these areas.

To besuccessful in this role you will have a minimum of 2 years in realestate experience, ideally at a well-regarded firm or sophisticatedin-house environment. You will be commercially astute, have astrong eye for detail and be a team player. In addition, youwill have a demonstrated willingness to build effectiverelationships with internal and external clients.
