This includes the development of business relationships and opportunities domestically & internationally and implementing admission & recruitment strategies to achieve agreed enrolment targets.Key Responsibilities :Student Recruitment and Marketing :Manage, lead and be responsible for the achievement of college student recruitment targets – through effective and profitable recruitment strategies, market research, product development and the development and execution of a marketing plan activities onshore and offshore.Strategically liaise with, develop and maintain effective relationships with university partners, colleagues in Navitas, agents and other external clients.Lead and drive profitable sales and student marketing campaigns to strategically distinguish the College from competitors and deliver growth.Through effective leadership of the Student Recruitment team, develop strategy for promotional material, public relations and marketing communications within overall Group Marketing guidelines.Develop, define, and nurture key market segments in order to drive sales and new business development initiatives.Collaborate with the College / Campus Director to ensure effective overall management of the College / Campus.Closely monitor, evaluate, and report on campaign effectiveness and work closely with Global Sales & Recruitment Teams to ensure campaign deliverables are accurately executed.Appraise existing sales performance and coordinate marketing and sales efforts to achieve maximum liaison and full use of resources at all levels.Prepare regular reports on expenditure and student recruitment numbers.Ensure compliance with the regulatory framework in which student recruitment and admissions operates.Admissions :Lead the Admissions & Recruitment function to continuously improve its delivery of efficient service in relation to assessment, offer letter turnaround, issuance of Confirmation of Enrolments (CoEs) and other follow-up work through and with the Student Recruitment teams.Oversee the analysis recruitment related data to measure achievements against the College strategic initiatives and to inform strategic decision-making.Work with the Admissions Manager to ensure the efficient and effective operation of the admissions team.Ensure the team is effectively monitoring advice from the Department of Home Affairs and other regulatory entities regarding changes and amendments to student visa requirements and keep relevant employees informed of these changes.QualificationsRelevant Tertiary qualifications.Successful track record of sales and a network of contacts in the international education market.Demonstrated experience in the development and management of strategic / operational planning and budgets to achieve successful, cost-effective outcomes.Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities to create value, develop and deliver executive recommendations and strategies including high quality presentations and documents.Proven ability to apply commercial rigour and business acumen to decision-making.Strong track record in executing conversion and retention strategies through a CRM and lead management automation tool.Analytical mind with good problem-solving and decision-making skills.Excellent relationship management skills across all levels of seniority.Experience working in the private education sector.Knowledge and experience of marketing, including promotion, advertising, digital marketing, branding, building media presence and public relations would be well regarded.Successful work experience in a multi-cultural environment and ability to speak a foreign language.Additional InformationWhat we can offer :We offer careers across our global operations.We recognise and reward.We understand the importance of showing appreciation.We care for you.
