The role of a Qualified Chef/Cook is multifaceted, requiring strong organizational skills and the ability to work effectively within a structured environment. This position is vital for ensuring high standards in food and beverage operations, with a focus on productivity, quality, presentation, and hygiene. Under the guidance of our experienced Kitchen team, you will enjoy learning and preparing diverse and creative menus offered in the park and our unique seasonal activations.Key responsibilities include (but not limited to): Monitoring food quality upon delivery and assisting with stock management.Preparing and presenting menu items with an emphasis on quality assurance and adhering to specified quantities for special orders.Maintaining a safe and hygienic kitchen environment to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards.Leading kitchen staff and collaborating with other F&B personnel for efficient operations.What do we need from you?
