We’re now seeking a Radio Manager to help build and lead our talented team and shape the future of Aboriginal broadcasting.About the OpportunityCAAMA is looking for a full-time Radio Manager to be based in Alice Springs, NT.This is an exciting, hands-on leadership role, managing the day-to-day operations of CAAMA’s radio network and ensuring the delivery of culturally rich, high-quality programming. Reporting to the CEO, you will oversee a team of approximately 10 broadcasters and work closely with our digital media team to create multi-platform storytelling that resonates with First Nations and global audiences.More specifically, your responsibilities include but are not limited to:Overseeing radio scheduling, programming, production, and editorial contentManaging a team of broadcasters and ensuring high-quality storytellingLeveraging CAAMA's extensive archival material to create innovative contentCoordinating with the digital team to integrate audiovisual materials into broadcastsEnsuring compliance with licensing, grant reporting, and regulatory requirementsIdentifying opportunities for community engagement and audience growthSupporting external broadcasts, including from remote communitiesDriving innovation in audio production and storytellingAbout YouTo qualify, you will need proven experience in radio production and strong editorial knowledge.
