Following established team processes, the Digital Content Developer will: Create, edit, review, and archive digital content, ensuring consistent presentation and branding. Curate and maintain documentation and the digital asset library. Develop clear and effective site maps. Design and develop site page templates. Contribute to maintaining documentation of internal team processes. Respond promptly to Service Desk requests and incidents. Manage cross-functional workflows to achieve high-quality outcomes. Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, completing tasks promptly. Work autonomously in dynamic environments with minimal guidance. Collaborate effectively within geographically dispersed teams. Prioritise tasks effectively, resolving conflicts between competing goals and projects. Display sound judgement in challenging or ambiguous situations. Uphold organisational values and demonstrate professional integrity. Complete additional duties as required. Essential Requirements Proficiency in interpreting technical documentation to create engaging digital content on SharePoint platforms. Capability to accurately estimate and report on task completion times. Expertise in editing and publishing intranet sites in SharePoint, or the aptitude to quickly acquire such expertise. Excellent communication skills, including: Ability to establish and maintain productive relationships with internal stakeholders. Skill in presenting complex, technical information clearly and intuitively. Confidence and effectiveness in collaborative and interpersonal meetings. Strong technical proficiency in SharePoint, Visio, DevOps, or demonstrated capability to rapidly learn new technologies. Ability to perform detailed quality and accuracy analyses of digital content. Strong self-management abilities, including effective organisation of tasks to meet deadlines. A proactive approach to innovation and identification of new opportunities. Desirable Requirements Advanced proficiency in SharePoint site administration. Comprehensive understanding of SharePoint content management and creation. Knowledge of Project Management principles and experience with DevOps or Agile methodologies. Experience using DevOps as a task management tool.
