Salary: $110,000 – $150,000 per annum, DOE + Super. PLUS benefits and flexibility to make this role your own
An experienced Allied Health Professional is sought to be an extraordinary Clinical Lead for a genuinely passionate and client focused allied health company. You will be highly experienced in one of the following areas: Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Speech Pathology, Exercise Physiologist, Psychologist, Social Worker or Dietitian.

A little about the role:
As an experienced, confident leader you will work in collaboration with the management team to lead the team in projects to ensure the company continues to keep the best interests of it’s clients and staff at it’s forefront. You will also be fundamental in evolving service development to support best outcome results for all participant. Your skills and experience combined with your ideas and drive will be called upon for you to initiate and implement strategies and plans to benefit your clients. You will provide support and assist your team to develop. You will see a caseload or clients consisting of complex cases, suited to your skillset.
Duties you will be responsible for:
1. Provide patient focused care to clients with complex needs.
2. Work effectively autonomously and within the team.
3. Effective time management.
4. Strive to better yourself and become a better Speech Pathologist.
5. Communicate and collaborate effectively with colleagues, patients and family members.
Skills and Experience:
6. Relevant tertiary qualification/s.
7. Extensive experience in your discipline.
8. Experience within an NDIS role.
9. Leadership and mentoring experience.
10. Patient outcome focused.
