Business Development Manager (BDM)
We are seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to drive growth and success in the travel sector.
Key Responsibilities:
* Create and execute strategies to expand our customer base across Australia.
* BUILD, NURTURE, AND STRENGTHEN CLIENT RELATIONSHIPS.
* IDENTIFY NEW BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES AND GENERATE LEADS PROACTIVELY.
* Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align on growth goals.
* Represent the company at industry events and client meetings.
* Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies.
About You:
* A minimum of 3 years direct BDM experience within the Travel Industry.
* Strong understanding of the Australian travel market.
* Self-motivated with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Independent and proactive in driving business growth.
