Career Progression. About the Role In this role you will join a well-established team of property claims consultants where you will manage your own portfolio of claims. These roles are available due to an increase in claim volumes. Your duties will include - Management a portfolio of property insurance claims. Triaging claims and completing make safe assessments. Liaising with claimants, repairers, other insurers, loss adjusters and third parties. Managing claims through to settlement. Processing payments. Assessing and writing reports. Skills & Experience Previous insurance claims management experience ideally in property claims. Strong customer service experience. First class verbal and written communication skills. Customer focused approach and attitude. Proven ability to think outside the box and work in a fast-paced ever-changing environment. Team focused attitude. Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment.
