This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a high-performing team and contribute to a variety of projects across the commercial, residential, and infrastructure sectors. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering cost management and advisory services to clients, ensuring that project objectives are achieved from start to finish. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will collaborate closely with project teams, providing accurate cost estimates, managing budgets, and advising on value engineering and risk management. You will also maintain strong client relationships and deliver cost-effective, innovative solutions that align with project goals. DUTIES. Provide Detailed Cost Advice & Estimates Conduct Trade Take-Offs & BOQ Pricing Manage Variations & Site Valuations Implement Value Management & Cost Optimisation Attend Design Meetings & Liaise with Clients Prepare Cost Reports & Conduct Financial Reconciliation Perform Feasibility Studies & Assess Project Viability Utilise Industry Software such as MS Office and Cost X SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE. Membership in a recognised professional organisation (e.g., RICS, AIQS, CIOB) 5 years of relevant Quantity Surveying experience Proficiency in Quantity Surveying principles and practices In-depth knowledge of construction methodologies and industry innovations Strong verbal and written communication skills CULTURE.
