The Role Use your strong credit administration skills and expertise to support our Credit Department to provide excellent service to our members. We have an exciting opportunity for a Credit Administration Officer to join our Credit Department on a full-time permanent basis. As the Credit Administration Officer, you will assist Queensland Country employees by providing the highest standard of administrative support and controls over the lending process in accordance with Board policy and legislative requirements. Some of your additional responsibilities include: Ensuring audits are completed in accordance with policies and legislation. Supporting a culture of continuous improvements by seeking efficiencies. Preparing documentation in an accurate and timely manner. This is a full-time position based on a 38 hour working week. This position will be based in our Townsville Head Office. Selection Criteria To be eligible to apply for this position you must demonstrate the following: Establish open and effective communication with lending staff and work collaboratively during the completion of audit activities. Manage second line credit hindsight reviews across retail and commercial lending functions. Ensure all audits are completed in accordance with applicable codes, legislation, Board and Management policies. Support continuous process improvement by identifying needs and opportunities and recommending appropriate improvements in policies and processes to maintain the highest quality standards.
