About The Position
We're seeking an experienced Sous Chef who thrives in a fast-paced kitchen and shares a passion for high-quality seafood cuisine. Position Description
* Support the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations
* Develop and execute seasonal menus focused on local seafood
* Ensure the highest standards in food quality and presentation
* Oversee junior kitchen staff, providing training and mentorship
* Manage kitchen inventory, ordering, and stock rotation
Position Requirements
* Previous experience as a Sous Chef in a similar high-quality dining setting
* Strong seafood preparation and culinary skills
* Excellent leadership and communication abilities
* A passion for fresh, local ingredients and creative presentations
* Ability to thrive in a high-energy, team-oriented environment
