The Opportunity
Ready to make an immediate impact? Reporting to the Regional Operations Manager, develop and maintain meaningful relationships with Franchise Partners to drive engagement levels & business growth.
Key Responsibilities include:
* Manage all stores adherence to brand business systems and retail “brand standards” in order to maintain brand customer goals
* Develop individual Store Business Plans to drive improved sales and profit results in line with brand and Franchise Partner expectations.
* Ensure the effective utilisation of brand support tools and programs to build team capability and improved store performance across the territory
* Partner with Local Area Marketing (LAM) team to develop and implement localised marketing strategies to drive consumers awareness and increased foot traffic into stores
We are looking for:
* Well-developed financial and business acumen
* Previous experience in a multi-site leadership role within a retail environment
* Excellent communication skills, including verbal and written communications
* Exceptional interpersonal and influencing skills
