About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and career-driven Chef de Partie to join our Kitchen Brigade. This is a full-time opportunity that requires:
* A Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery with a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role within a 4/5-star hotel.
* Proven customer service skills, ensuring all food is prepared and presented to exceed guest expectations.
* Strong communication, organisational, and time management skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively in a busy team environment.
* HACCP training and the ability to impart knowledge to junior chefs.
