The Community Support Worker provides personal care to clients in home and community settings.Responsibilities include assisting clients in group and individual social support settings, domestic assistance where required, transport, and a variety of other duties including basic administration duties.
The Community Support Workers provide a key link between clients, service providers, and specialists with respect to appointments, transport, referrals, and advocacy.We are looking for a Community Support Worker to join our growing team, based in Mandurah and surrounding areas.
