Randstad are currently seeking multiple Business Support Administrators for local councils within the Southern and Inner west of Adelaide. This is an opportunity to work across a diverse workforce in local council and engage with all levels of staff and stakeholders.
About the Role:
Business Support Administrators will provide operational and administrative support.
* Responding to queries, either via telephone, email or in person.
* General administration support across the team as needed.
* Creating and maintaining statistical reporting and maintaining databases.
* General diary management
* Assist with projects in an administrative capacity
* Highly developed ability to use computer programs including Microsoft Word, Excel.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality in respect of all council departments and its functions
About You:
* Highly attentive to detail with the ability to produce accurate and timely work
* Ability to communicate with a range of key stakeholders
* Experience in maintaining systems and ensuring a smooth function
* Strong experience working in a changing, busy paced environment
* Demonstrate ability to work within a team to deliver requirements and maintain quality.
