Job Description
Establish a new warehouse facility in Perth as an experienced and proactive Warehouse Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
* Set up the warehouse, including layout design and storage solutions.
* Manage stock levels, oversee receiving and dispatch operations, and maintain accurate inventory records.
* Collaborate with the sales team to coordinate orders and ensure timely delivery to customers.
* Develop and enforce warehouse policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and maintain high standards.
Key Requirements:
* Proven experience in warehouse management, including setting up or restructuring warehouse operations.
* Willingness to assist in all areas, including forklift operation, picking, packing, and basic assembly.
* Strong understanding of inventory management and logistics processes.
* Exceptional problem-solving and organisational skills.
* Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
* Familiarity with warehouse management systems and software.
