Whatever your role at ANZ, you'll be building your future, while helping to build ours.Role Type: PermanentRole Location: Brisbane or MelbourneWork Hours: Full timeWhat will your day look like?As a Change Manager on the Suncorp Bank Integration Program, you will:Lead end-to-end change management for an initiative, working closely with the broader initiative and program team, and key stakeholders.Define fit-for-purpose change management approaches.Conduct stakeholder analyses, define stakeholder engagement plans and co-ordinate engagement activities.Conduct impact analyses and identify change interventions to mitigate risks and support adoption of the changes.Conduct training needs analyses, develop training plans, leading the design and delivery of training programs.Project management – change planning, reporting, success measurement, risk and issue management.Support the Change Management Office Lead with key program change activities.What will you bring?To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:Experience successfully leading change management end-to-end, from design through to delivery.Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.Exceptional organisation skills.Ability to work independently with limited guidance.Flexibility and adaptability in changing/ambiguous environments.Experience in financial services and/or banking highly regarded.You're not expected to have 100% of these skills.
