We wholesale to a large independent dealer network to ultimately serve Kubota customers. In your new role, you will develop and implement marketing and communication programs to impact organizational product and sales objectives, grow market share and support dealer network endeavor. From a day to day perspective, your main responsibilities will be: Provide input to the development of, and implement marketing strategy to achieve agreed commercial objectives such as sales, market share and lead generation/ conversion. Develop a range of marketing campaigns/ activities with activity including but not limited to; advertising and digital promotion, website optimisation, social media management, communication development and roll out, marketing campaign development and management. Develop retail targeted corporate communications including, but not limited to; company publications, public relations, influencer stories and corporate messaging.May lead, manage and develop a small team of dedicated professionals or guide contract resources.Act as a subject matter expert/ consultant/ advisor to support marketing related dealer network endeavor. Ensure coherent branding and tone of voice across all owned, earned and shared marketing channels.Develop (or substantially contribute to development) and implement measurement frameworks and reporting for managerial decision making regarding MROI per agreed objectives. Undertake a range of tasks to support work undertaken including, but not limited to; updating of systems and records (e.g. CRM, MyAdman), financial/ budget management, general administration, supplier liaison and ordering.With guidance, participate in departmental and marketing operational planning activity.Represent Kubota at a range of industry or company events.May lead or participate in internal projects to support or optimise marketing, sales, public relations or communications (as directed).Other duties within the limits of knowledge, skill and experience (as directed).Responsible for ensuring the safety of self, team and others in the workplace (including Dealer sites) and external events. Follow all OHS policies and procedures, particularly in relation to remote working and attendance at external sites (such as dealerships, field events, etc).Build professional relationships and partnerships with aligned key industry organisations/ agencies/ vendors. To be considered, your resume will include the following: Tertiary qualification in Marketing/ similar. Valid Drivers License.Significant experience working as a Marketing and Communication Manager with experience ideally gained in the construction and/or agriculture equipment sectors. Proven experience delivering outcomes to objective for multiple brands through direct and reseller channels. Exceptional digital marketing competence including, website optimisation, campaign optimisation, community building, content creation and inbound lead generation.Proven experience acting as a consultant/ advisor, such as a to dealer network or reseller organisations.Highly development relationship management and interpersonal skills.People leadership and management experience.Highly developed communication skills, including writing, proofing and editing in relation to managing or developing corporate content and publications. Proven track record of execution of campaigns to deliver MROI. Exceptional analytical and research skills.Well-developed reporting writing and presentation skills.Proficient in the use of Google, Media Performance Tools and Social Media Analytics.Proficient in the use of Adobe software such as InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator (desirable).
