Uphold safety, health, and environmental standards, fostering a culture of compliance and accountability. Lead and mentor a team of operators and technicians, driving continuous improvement and professional development. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise production schedules and resource utilization. Monitor equipment performance, identifying maintenance needs and implementing corrective actions as necessary. Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify hazards and ensure regulatory compliance. About you Proven minimum of 3 years experience in a supervisor position on a civil mining bulk earthworks - Essential Rehabilitation experience - Essential Attain a scheduled 26 supervisor appointment - Essential Australian working rights - Essential Valid Australian Driver's license - Essential White card - Essential Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Commitment to safety leadership and compliance, with a proactive approach to risk management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and empower team members. Strong problem-solving abilities and a results-oriented mindset. Ability to read and interpret engineering plans, drawings, and specifications.
