The Facility
Victoria Health Club is a new state of the art facility located in St. Kilda, providing a place for results and belonging.
The facilities and services include a high performance gymnasium, personal training, exercise physiology, hydrotherapy pool, plunge pool, recovery pool, recovery equipment and learn to swim lessons.
The centre's holistic approach to health and wellbeing is evident in customer experience, access and inclusion along with evidence-based services provided.
The Role
Victoria Health Club is looking for energetic and motivated people to join our Swim School team as Infant Swim Teachers.
You will deliver swimming lessons to various ages and abilities, requiring strong communication skills and attention to detail.
Strong time management and organisational skills are essential, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment with minimal supervision.
Rlevant industry qualifications are required.
Key Requirements:
* Energetic and decisive teaching style
* Excellent verbal communication skills
* Ability to work varied shifts including mornings, evenings and weekends
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications:
* Current First Aid Certificate
* Working with Vulnerable People & National Police Check
* Current Swim Teaching Certificate
* Infant Swim Teaching Certificate - Desirable
