Job Title: Orthopaedic Technician
Work Type: Permanent - Part Time
Unit/Directorate: Osborne Park Hospital & Sterilisation Services Department
This is a critical role in the orthopaedic department, assisting in the maintenance of equipment and supplies used in orthopaedic surgery.
The successful candidate will provide support to the surgical team during procedures, assist with transferring and positioning of patients for surgery under the direction of the operating surgeon or delegate, and work closely with the Sterilisation Services Department and nursing staff.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain equipment and supplies used in orthopaedic surgery
* Provide support to the surgical team during procedures
* Assist with transferring and positioning of patients for surgery
Requirements:
* A minimum one-year current experience as an orthopaedic technician
