The Position: Due to internal changes and continued success, they are currently seeking a suitably experienced, team orientated and highly organised professional to become an integral part of their team. Working as the Office Administrator you will be constantly busy and responsible for supporting the entire team. The Duties: Some of your actual duties will include. Sales administration (including CMA’s, Sale Authorities, Sales Contracts) Sales Campaign Management from start to finish (including scheduling photography, brochures etc) Receiving and responding to property enquiries Assisting with scheduling OFI’s Supporting the Sales Team and Director Managing the front desk reception Other administrative duties as required The offer: $80,000 - $90,000 based on experience Full Time hours with no weekend work Work for a leading project development firm Carparking provided Monthly team lunches The Requirements: Previous experience as Sales Administration in the Real Estate Sector You will have a Current Agents Representative Certificate (Cert IV) Professional Personal Presentation Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Knowledge of Agentbox a definite advantage Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
