Title: Service Coordinator
The position of Service Coordinator has become available at a leading Fire services contractor in Sydney, with Design & Build Recruitment facilitating the search.
This role involves coordinating the internal team of testers and subcontractors to various sites across Sydney as the company's portfolio expands.
Responsibilities:
* Schedule service appointments and dispatch technicians to customer locations based on priority and availability.
* Act as the main point of contact for customers, responding to service requests, inquiries, and concerns.
* Create, manage, and track work orders in the system, ensuring all necessary information is up to date.
* Support technicians by providing details on service calls, handling customer escalations, and ensuring timely resolution of issues.
* Monitor inventory levels of parts and supplies.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 2 years' experience in a service coordination role within the Fire industry.
* Experience with Uptick or similar scheduling software.
* Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
