Operations Administration Officer (Maternity Leave)

Responsibilities:
* Providing administration support to the Hotel Management team
* Maintain and update administrative records
* Assist with Hotel bookings, guest services, general enquiries, purchasing and other ad hoc tasks as required
* Assist with general office organisation
To be successful in this position, you will have:
* Previous exposure to hotel and or property software experience highly advantageous
* Previous experience within Hotels and or Property Management highly desirable
* Experience in an administration/ business support role
* Ability to work with minimum supervision and part of a cohesive team
* Great interpersonal and communication skills - written and verbal
* Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task and prioritise
* Proficient in Microsoft packages
