Executive AssistantAbout the roleWe are seeking an experienced and talented Executive Assistant (EA) that will work with the First Assistant Secretary (FAS). This is a great opportunity for anyone who may be looking to further their EA career within a leading-edge division that is focused on Digital Transformation and the wider modernisation of the department.The successful candidate will have strong capability in prioritisation of tasks both incoming and retrospectively with incoming correspondence and actions that ensures the FAS is advised with sufficient time and in priority order to respond to all necessary actions and deadlines. Diary management, efficient processes to enable the FAS office to be effective.
