We maintain iconic brands such as Claas, JCB, Isuzu, Western Star, MAN, Dennis Eagle, Hino and Iveco. We are currently seeking an experienced "hands on" Group Sales Manager to grow our business in Regional NSW & QLD.
This position will be based in Toowoomba, QLD.
Reporting to the Group General Manager and supported by our shared services head office in Toowoomba, you will be responsible for sales growth, profitability, and staff management.
You will possess the drive and forward thinking to increase sales and seek opportunities across a number of dealerships and major brands.
The right person for this role would be an experienced sales manager who is highly motivated, enthusiastic, and driven towards building an empire.
The successful applicant should possess the following attributes:
Minimum 3 years' experience in a sales management role in any industry or 3 years' sales experience in a similar industry (Trucks and/or Machinery)Entrepreneurial and strategic thinkingExceptional time management skillsSolution orientedOutstanding personal organisational skillsYour main responsibilities will include:
Business DevelopmentProfitabilityManage and drive a teamCritical to your success will be your proven ability to guide and mentor the sales team as well as the business development team, experience and track record in managing contractual relationships with diverse client groups.
This role will require travel to regional branches to provide training, support, and guidance.
An excellent remuneration package through retainer and generous commission as well as a company vehicle is provided.
