EFI is looking for an t Sales Development Manager to join our Inkjet Business Division in the Australia. This position will be responsible for EFI’s direct and indirect business with our customers and partners in Australia
Main duties and responsibilities
1. Achieve / exceed quarterly and annual quota objectives
2. Maintain and expand EFI’s dominant Ink jet position in the assigned region
3. Perform prospecting activities and maintain a sufficient base of prospects that will enable completion of sales targets. Prospecting activities include cold calling, proposal preparation, product demonstrations, customer analysis and needs assessments.
4. Prepare professional proposals to address specific customer requirements.
5. Maximize all leads & opportunities to increase deal number and size and accelerate the buying process.
6. Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet our core values.
7. Maintain proactive relationships with all partners associated with respective opportunities.
8. Accurate forecasting based upon realistic opportunity assessments. Forecasting covers / includes direct opportunities and channel / partner opportunities
9. Develop and execute Major account strategies
10. Ensure 100% customer satisfaction management with account(s).
11. Maintain proactive relationships with all partners associated with respective opportunities.
12. Maintain Account and opportunity updates in the CRM system (Salesforce.com)
13. Assist in the communication and execution of Ink Jet sales and marketing campaigns
Job Requirements:
14. Sales experience with proven track record of successful sales performance, with a focus at closing deals and preferably in high value capital goods and services and/or (Digital) Printing Markets
15. Capability to leverage relations and (y)our knowledge of the accounts
16. Highly dynamic and motivated professional with excellent presentation, communications and interpersonal skills
17. Proactiveness and autonomous
18. Ability to develop business contacts and relationships at all levels of an organization
19. Knowledge and understanding of the market trends
20. Graphic Arts / Printing industry experience is a plus
21. Good English skills, writing and speaking
22. Based in the assigned territories with easy connections throughout the region and to Brussels
