Construction Project Manager required for this leading National Retail business, to manage New and Renewal Projects for Stores across Victoria and Tasmania.
As Construction Project Manager you will plan and manage New Stores from Design Phase to Warranty Phase, incorporating Construction and Fit Ou; this will include Cost Management, Forecasting and Safety. You will also manage Store Renewal Construction Projects, analysing tenders and ensuring requirements are complete.
You must have a background in Construction Project Management, specifically with experience in large Retail environments such as Big Box Retail or Supermarkets. You will have experience of managing New Store Construction as well as Renewals from Design to Warranty Phase and have the ability to engage internal and external stakeholders at all levels. Some interstate travel will be required.
This is a 12-Month Fixed Term Contract.
