What you’ll be doing in this role
Supporting and connecting our community care clients and support workers, enabling our clients to live independently in their homes. This is a full-time permanent opportunity and is based at our Hunter office. We are looking for people with Aged Care community experience.
Key responsibilities include
Managing inbound and outbound calls servicing enquiries
Scheduling of clients and Support Workers
Ensuring rostering practice is compliant
Managing and negotiating on any roster schedule changes with internal and external stakeholders
Communicating continuously with a range of internal and external stakeholders
Who we’re looking for
Experience using Alayacare (not essential) or other rostering / scheduling systems.
Exceptional team player
Strong negotiating skills
Great Phone Manner
Aged Care experience is preferred
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Strong problem solving skills
Excellent communication skills with the ability to create, manage and maintain strong relationships
Flexibility with start/finish time
Ability to prioritise and multitask
