Business Development Manager
This is a growth-orientated role that focuses on developing and implementing strategies aligned with the hospital's growth plan. The Business Development Manager will be part of the senior leadership team and will have support from a national growth team network.

We are seeking a seasoned professional who can develop and implement strategies to deliver the hospital's growth and development targets.

Responsibilities
1. Develop and implement business strategies to achieve the hospitals growth targets aligned with the clinical services plan
2. Build and maintain effective partnerships with Visiting Medical Officers (VMOs) and General Practitioners
3. Lead initiatives to generate referrals and expand clinical services
4. Identify and promote new series within defined priority specialties
5. Deliver healthcare business development programs with ambitious but achievable targets
Candidate Profile
To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate will have prior experience in private hospital clinical services development and procedural services optimisation. They should demonstrate excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement abilities. The ability to articulate complex commercial proposals and use data to drive decisions is also essential.
Qualifications
* Demonstrated experience in business development, particularly in the healthcare/hospital sector
* Proven ability to deliver referral generation initiatives and optimise procedural services
* Relevant tertiary qualifications (e.g. Bachelor's in Business or a health-related field)
