Working from our Head Office in Hallam, we are looking for a seasoned Customer Sales Administrator to join our collaborative National Customer Experience team on a full-time basis.
You’ll play a pivotal role in modeling our exceptional customer care at dormakaba AU, by acting as the critical link in the sales process between our sales team, key stakeholders and the end user.
Key responsibilities will include:
1. Accurate data entry by keying orders into SAP (CRM System)
2. Ensure all customer queries are resolved within a timely manner.
3. Provide a welcoming and helpful interface between the team and key internal and external stakeholders
4. Escalation of customer queries to Customer Service Manager
5. Manage backorders and exceptions
6. Build and maintain rapport with new and existing customers
7. Ensure fluid communication between Service, Sales and Operations.
8. Acceptance of occasional Inbound calls
This role requires you to work 38 hours a week, Monday – Friday, 8.30am – 5pm.

12. Excellent phone etiquette and manner
13. Strong verbal and written communication skills
