This is a fantastic opportunity to learn a valuable trade and develop skills in metal roofing installation, maintenance, and repair.
The ideal candidate is eager to learn, enjoys working outdoors, and has a strong work ethic.Responsibilities:Assist with the installation of metal roofing systems under the supervision of experienced roofers.Learn how to measure, cut, and install roofing materials with precision.Operate and maintain tools and equipment safely.Follow all safety regulations and company policies on job sites.Help with site preparation and cleanup.Work in various weather conditions and at heights.Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.Requirements:Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials.Comfortable working at heights and in outdoor conditions.Basic knowledge of hand and power tools.Willingness to learn and take direction.Strong work ethic and reliability.Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.Attend Coffs Harbour TAFE for Block Release Training, approx.
