Your Role:Provide pre-sales technical support on assigned cybersecurity product to customers and partners.Work with Sales team closely to develop and position solutions for go to market selling and customer proposals.Understand customer IT/Security infrastructure and business requirements.Perform Strategic Cybersecurity Solution Selling.Perform Cybersecurity Solutions Demonstration.Perform Proof of Concept for proposed cybersecurity solution / Network Performance solution.Working with Solution Vendors on Business Solution Proposal and attending to RFI/RFP design, compliance and clarifications.Put together design guidelines and recommend improvements to customers on the assigned cybersecurity products.Perform in house lab tests to validate customer proof-of-concept setups, endpoint/network designs, and endpoint/network deployments using new products and features.Keep up-to-date on competitive solutions, products, and services.Provide enablement training for Partners internal Post Sales engineers on the product/ technology knowledge.Conduct routine update on the new product/ technology to the internal sales staff.Maintain good rapport with customers and vendors. Skills & experience: Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Cyber Security, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related fieldMinimum 1 years working experience in Pre-Sales activities to large enterprise or government sector or related field. Candidates with several years of experience in delivery and implementation of cyber security technology and solutions and open to embark presales consultant role are welcome to apply.Strong knowledge and understanding of the cybersecurity industry.Ready to perform demo & presentation on product expertise on keys security technologies.Possess good technical knowledge in Internet architecture, network infrastructure, Linux, Windows, VMware and Security covering Identity, Endpoint, Email, Web & Cloud.Able to design an architecture & write proposal.Good written and spoken communication skills in English.Eagerness and ability to engage in courteous customer handling and commercial judgment would be preferred Desirables: Industry or CyberArk Certification (i.e. CEH or CyberArk CDE, CSP, CPE) is a plus.Deep knowledge on CyberArk products will be preferred.Exposure to security software solutions like Identity Access Management, Privilege Access, Multi-factor Authentication solutions will be added advantage.Familiarity on Cloud Architecture such as IaaS or PaaS.
