The role is in person in our Clayton office 5 days/week. The Position The purpose of this role is to provide technical care for nurse call, security and communication solutions at hospitals and aged care facilities. Working with the team you will: Provide preventive & corrective remote maintenance Contribute to solution design, build & commission Build customer relationships Contributing to after hours support according to a monthly roster (additionally remunerated) Solutions we deliver include: Nurse call Paging Access control CCTV Telephony Networking & cybersecurity Requirements Apply for this position if you have: Great IT skills and understanding of network and communication technologies A knack for methodical troubleshooting Good skills for communicating with colleagues and customers at all levels Organisation, motivation and integrity Other helpful skills: Cyber Security Account management Details The position is based in our Melbourne office with customers across Australia. Working from home is not available at this stage. Pay is 65k - 90k depending on experience.
