The Role:
1. Full time permanent Payroll Officer
2. Hybrid role (3 days wfh / 2 days in the office)

Key Responsibilities:
5. Large multi-entity fortnightly payroll
6. Multiple awards
7. Ensure that payroll is processed accurately on a fortnightly basis
8. Handle employee inquiries related to payroll and benefits
9. Managing the data entry, processing and checking of payroll information
10. Prepare and submit both monthly and annual payroll tax payments
11. Prepare and submit Annual and Monthly PAYG, Payroll tax, Workcover reconciliations and payments
12. Process Termination and provide redundancy calculations
13. Manage employee detail changes
Key Requirements:
14. Strong attention to detail
15. Previous experience in managing payroll for medium-large business (ideally 2+ years)
16. Experience in a complex and fast-paced environment
17. Experience in multi-award payroll
