Service offerings include, contracting, executive search, permanent recruitment and RPO solutions.Our growing Sydney office is seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join a small dynamic team of technology recruiters. You will ideally be at Senior or Principal level, and demonstrate experience in providing clients with a high standard of recruitment across a broad, or specific, range of technologies or technology role types. Overview This is an experienced level billing position, as well as providing some support to the broader business. Manages personal day to day operations and provides advisory support for junior consultants and candidate managers. Acts as a role model and takes the opportunity to lead divisional discussions and initiatives. Has a whole of business mindset that actively contributes to the team and wider Troocoo business through collaboration. Typically has responsibility for either a perm, contracting or hybrid budget within a singular practice. Can demonstrate thorough knowledge and understanding of technology recruitment. Key Responsibilities. Conduct business / client development and build consistent pipeline of both contract and/or permanent recruitment opportunities of the level required to meet quarterly and financial year budget. Develop new client relationships and manage existing client and candidate relationships at a tactical level, contributing to client engagement, retention and exploring other opportunities for the Troocoo wider business. Play an active role as a member of the team to support all Troocoo employees in line with Troocoo values. Promoting the division, and Troocoo, at industry events, meetings and relevant sponsorship opportunities. Assist in the organising in divisional and wider business events and meetings. Attributes.
