This will build on our nationally recognized unique cultural approach to the challenges of recovery-oriented service delivery to redesign our service system.About the roleAs the Psychiatric Enrolled Nurse, you will work under the supervision of the Registered Psychiatric Nurse and team leader. Duties include but are not limited to:Providing high quality, best practice direct delivery of psychiatric treatment and care to consumersBeing part of the multidisciplinary team operating from a Recovery Orientated perspectiveDemonstrating respect for individual's values, customs and spiritual beliefs to ensure patient care is effective and culturally appropriateMinimum RequirementsRegistration with AHPRA as an Enrolled Nurse (Division 2)Committed to providing Recovery Orientated service deliveryWorking knowledge of the Mental Health Act 2022 and its amendmentsPrevious experience in acute mental health nursingSound knowledge of current psychiatric principles and practicesAbout the cultureYou will have the opportunity to be part of a highly skilled, professional and dedicated team who take pride in providing high quality services.
