They focus on delivering projects that have a true triple bottom line outcome and pride themselves on quality as well as the social, environmental and commercial outcomes.
They are launching a new estate in one of Perth's most active corridors and require a motivated, confident and experienced up and coming land sales professional to take it by the horns and get these stages sold.
You will be supported by industry leaders in sales management, marketing, development and finance to ensure that you can just focus on the important part, selling blocks.
Responsibilities:Work in land sales for 2+ years.Develop and maintain a proven network of builder reps and referrals partners.Communicate confidently and effectively with clients.Lead sales efforts for new project developments.Requirements:Sales Registration.Own car and valid driver's license.Proven experience in sales support roles is a plus.This role is well suited to someone that has perhaps been in a 2IC sales support role and is ready to take the lead role on this amazing new project.
Long term growth will include exposure to other new projects coming online, and as the team grows you will grow with it.
