About the Role
1. Developing and managing relationships with Strategic Partner Brokers, delivering sales and service excellence, and collaborating with Underwriting on solutions.
2. Effectively managing pipeline to maximize new business strike rates, renewal retention, and growth in preferred segments.
3. Supporting the implementation of sales strategies and business plans to achieve growth targets across allocated panels.
4. Analysing market trends, gaining broker insights, and aligning strategies to grow Allianz areas of appetite.
5. Acting as a point of escalation for broker requests, managing credit/debt positions, and contributing to team meetings and sales staff development.
About You
1. Extensive experience in general insurance lines and managing medium to large accounts/brokers.
2. Proven ability in strategic sales, business planning, negotiation, and influencing outcomes.
3. Demonstrated ability to optimize customer value by delivering high-quality services and positive experiences.
4. Skilled in building and maintaining professional relationships and networks to enhance industry positioning.
5. Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
