Salesforce Database Administrator - Part-time - 0.6 FTE
* Inner West office location, close to transport, part-time permanent role 0.6 FTE (hours can be worked across 3 days or 4/5 shorter days)

About the role
You will embody best practise database/administration processes in this varied role within a small team environment. Educating and coaching the team as needed to get the best value and usage from the CRM will be a part of your responsibilities, in addition to general database administration and ad hoc IT support.
* Ensure data quality and accurate record-keeping within the CRM, ensuring systems are working in-sync as needed, and maintaining best practise data governance and security.
* Develop flows, forms, and enhancements as needed to support organisational activities – maintaining a continuous improvement mindset in your daily activity.
* Segment and extract data for a variety of campaign channels as well as create ad hoc reports when needed to deliver insights.
* Documenting existing processes, creating manuals and how-to guides, and documenting/delivering training on new processes.
* Initial setup for new staff and external users (Microsoft account, laptop, etc).
Essential Requirements
You will love data, have a solid technical foundation, as well as being comfortable collaborating in a small and tight-knit team.
* Proven experience with Salesforce/database administration.
* Skills in Excel (VLOOKUP’s and Macros), as well as experience providing reports/analytics to support team activities.
* A strong sense of customer service, and the capacity to communicate with (and coach effectively) stakeholders of various levels of technical understanding.
* Ability to use initiative and think outside the box, have a continuous improvement mindset when it comes to systems and processes.
