The role is suited to an Accounts/ Personal Assistant who is seeking a challenge within a busy role to work with a close knit team.
We are looking for a detail-oriented individual who is eager to learn and grow within the business. This role offers a diverse range of tasks, ensuring that each day presents new challenges and opportunities. This role is part-time for approximately 20hrs per week.
As a key member of our team you will assist with bookkeeping, office administration and assisting managing financial records.
You would be required to:
General office duties such as data entry and record keeping. Monthly reconciliations. Lodging BAS.Run weekly reports and update spreadsheets. Assist with other administrative tasks as needed. Skills and Experience Required
Strong experienced in Administration in Accounts.Must have experience with MYOB.Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Word and Excel)Great time management, attention to detail. A positive attitude, team-oriented personality, and a strong work ethic.
