Located at our Sydney Head Office (Artarmon) with hybrid flexibility, this role will collaborate across all levels of the organisation to drive operational excellence and provide comprehensive, strategic support to our teams. Description In this role, you will: Play a vital role in managing the employee lifecycle, ensuring our team encounter a seamless experience through fostering a positive workplace environment. Provide practical and pragmatic advice on recruitment and take part in developing and implementing a range of HR related programs. Provide expert guidance on performance management, learning and development, and HR policies. Serve as a key liaison for external partners, including labour hire providers, RTOs, and trade unions. Leverage technology to enhance efficiency and act as a champion for our HRIS. About You: You will: Proven experience as an HR Advisor or Generalist, ideally within a blue-collar environment, managing diverse HR functions such as performance management, employee relations, and compliance. Expertise in building strong, collaborative relationships at all levels of the organisation. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage effectively. Highly organised with excellent administrative and time management abilities, able to handle confidential information and support multiple HR processes concurrently. Strong knowledge of current HR policies, compliance requirements, and best practices, with the capacity to write, monitor and update policies as needed.
