We are seeking an experienced administrator to provide administrative assistance and support to the day-to-day operations of the Student Academy of Excellence.

Duties and Responsibilities:
* Provide general administrative and project support
* Manage databases and online systems
* Prepare correspondence, presentations, reports, and project applications
* Support working parties and ad hoc committees
* Contribute to the development of policies and procedures
* Review and update web content
* Maintain/monitor financial records systems
Requirements:
* An eye for detail and strong communication skills
* Strong technical expertise and ability to learn new systems quickly
* Experience in project/research support (desirable)
* Unrestricted working rights for the duration of the appointment
