Novated lease options for personal use.About your role:The remuneration for your new role is:from$152,776 for a 9 day fortnightper annum + 14.75% superannuationfrom$172,637 for a 10 day fortnightper annum + 14.75% superannuation (preferred)As a Substations Construction Coordinator, you will be responsible for the provision of construction management plans and technical advice across multiple disciplines for large to very large substation primary plant and secondary systems upgrade and end-of-life replacement projects. Ensuring the effective and efficient planning and commissioning of complex projects/products in the Program of Works.You will provide technical direction, support, and guidance to multidiscipline project teams, working closely with Project Management, Works Management, Operations Substation, and other Distribution work groups to ensure the identification and mitigation of construction risks.About you:Queensland Electrical Licensing Board Certificate or competency as an Electrical Fitter Mechanic.Demonstrated ability in project/product scoping and scheduling and an ability to understand survey plans and engineering designs and drawings is desirable.Ability to collaborate with a diverse and inclusive team, provide strong leadership skills, and mentor team members.Ability to work independently and autonomously with internal and external stakeholders.Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to resolve problems and influence change in a positive manner.A commuter use vehicle is also available with this role.What matters most to us is our values: We're Safe – We Belong - We Grow - We Deliver.
