An opportunity has arisen for an experienced L1/2 Desktop Support Technician to join a fast growing MSP.
This 6 month contract role will be based in the Newcastle region.About The Role Providing Level 1/2 technical support across all areas of the business.Field incoming requests to the Help Desk via telephone, tickets and email to ensure courteous, timely and effective resolution of end user issues.Assist with the installation, configuration and testing of new and existing hardware and software.Experience with Microsoft desktop environment, Active Directory and M365 Administration.About YouExperience installing, configuring, and maintaining desktop operating systems and software.Strong understanding of desktop hardware components and troubleshooting.Current driver's licence and car.Must have hands-on experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing system.Strong customer service skills with a can-do attitude.If this sounds like you or someone you know, please send your resume to or just hit apply.
