About the role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a full-time Dentist to join the dynamic team at Gibson Dentistry in Traralgon, Victoria. As a Dentist, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality dental care to our diverse patient base, contributing to the overall success and growth of our practice.
What you'll be doing
* Conducting comprehensive dental examinations and assessments to identify patient needs
* Developing and implementing personalised treatment plans to address dental issues
* Performing a wide range of dental procedures, including fillings, extractions, root canal treatments, cosmetic dentistry, orthodontics and implants
* Educating patients on proper oral hygiene and preventative care
* Collaborating with the dental team to ensure seamless patient care and a positive clinic experience
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records
* Adhering to all relevant dental regulations, standards, and best practices
What we're looking for
* Registered Dentist with a valid AHPRA registration
* Excellent clinical skills and a commitment to providing high-quality patient care
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with patients
* Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
* Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying up-to-date with the latest dental techniques and technologies
